AirUCI paper identifies different way particles form in air

A ground-breaking article written by AirUCI researchers was published on February 21, 2012 in The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.  Our research shows that when low volatility gases condense to form particles, it's a one way street.  Once in the particles, they don't evaporate out.  These findings could significantly affect air pollution control strategies and prompt reevaluation of the models that inform air quality rules.
