AAAR Student Chapter Internal Seminars

The AAAR Student Chapter at UCI is hosting its first "Internal Seminar" meeting for the 2025-26 school year.  The event will be held at Rowland Hall Room 390 on Friday, November 7, from 12-2pm and will include pizza and other refreshments.  These seminars are exclusively for non-faculty researchers to attend - graduate students, undergraduates, project scientists, and postdocs are all welcome. 

There will be four 20 min presentations from third-year AirUCI graduate students practicing their advancement talks.  Anthony Jue will present "Effects of Transition Metal Oxide Mineral Dusts on SOA Photochemistry," Maddy Landi will discuss "Atmospheric Water-Soluble Nitrogen and Carbon:  Measurements and Modeling of aqSOA Precursors in the NYC Metro Region," Berenice Rojas will speak about, "Lab and Field Investigation of Amines in Brake Wear Particles," and Matt Zaragoza will discuss "Photochemical Cloud Processing of Water-Soluble Organic Gases."
