AirUCI Showcase at New Swan Shakespeare Science Faire

AirUCI is partnering with UCI's New Swan Shakespeare Center to engage the community in the New Swan Shakespeare Science Fair - an evening showcasing the intersection of Shakespeare and atmospheric science on Thursday, August 27 outside of UCI's New Swan Theater in Gateway Plaza from 5-7pm.  Prior to the theater's production of Romeo & Juliet, AirUCI researchers will be showcasing their research through interactive exhibits on air, smoke, fire, ice, and clouds.  In addition, the event will include "Ren Faire"-style performances by student actors, Shakespeare-themed crafts, and refreshments.  The event is open to patrons of the New Swan Shakespeare Festival, the UCI campus community, and community members of all ages interested in art and science.
